Issan White Rum
Located in the heart of Nong Khai agricultural area in north-east of Thailand, Issan Rum distillery started to build durable partnerships with small sugarcane producers.
The vesou freshness comes from the fermenting process which starts from the day the sugarcane is cut; the sugarcane juice will be then distilled in copper column still. The sugar cane is peeled before being pressed to reduce the sourness. This process also emphasizes herbal and floral aromas. Mango and passion fruit add complexity to the range of aromas.
This is the only way to preserve and develop all the aromas.
