The wine is pale with lemon green colour. It has medium intensity aromas of green apple, pear, lime, lemon with hint of elderflower. The wine is tend to be off-dry to medium sweetness balance with nice acidity. This is medium-bodied wine with medium flavor intensity and medium to long finish. It can go well with spicy food such as Thai or Indian cuisines.
