Cancellation policy

1. If a customer cancels a tour or other services less than 24 hours in advance, the customer agrees to be charged the full amount of the booked tour and services.
2. If a tour is cancelled due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, customers can reschedule, choose an alternative tour of similar price, or cancel and receive a full refund for the amount paid.
3. Refund policies for cases other than those specified will be considered at the discretion of Thai Winery House & Tour.
